About GCX Health
Built for organizations that refuse to choose between growth and integrity.

Mission & Vision
Why we exist.
Mission
To advance the operational, financial, and strategic performance of healthcare organizations through compliant, evidence-based advisory and business development.
Vision
To be the most trusted growth partner for healthcare organizations that refuse to choose between performance and compliance.
The promise
Better performance, fully compliant, every time. We grow your organization without compromising what protects it.
Values
Five values govern every decision we make.
They are non-negotiable — and they are the strongest filter we have for who we hire, what we say yes to, and how we behave when nobody is watching.
Integrity above all
We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Reputation compounds; we protect it on every engagement.
Compliance by design
Every recommendation is filtered through the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark, HIPAA, and applicable state law before it reaches a client. Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling.
Evidence over opinion
We earn the right to a recommendation by showing the data, the precedent, and the reasoning. We do not bluff.
Discretion as default
Client information, even directional information, leaves no engagement. We name no clients without written permission.
Partnership and accountability
We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, own the outcomes we promise, and stay long enough to see results.
Leadership
The people accountable for the standard.
Carey Grainger
President
An operator rather than a consultant, Carey has spent more than 30 years scaling, advising, and turning around companies in regulated, capital-intensive industries. He co-founded and led the Patronus Group of Companies, building a multi-state telemedicine platform that delivered 1,700+ patient encounters across 14 U.S. states and four countries, and scaling an emergency teleneurology service to eight health systems and more than 1,000 consults per month. He began his career in institutional wealth management at Lehman Brothers and Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
Kerri Wright
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Kerri brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate operations and healthcare, driving organizational effectiveness, developing high-performing teams, and accelerating business growth. She has guided organizations through complex transformations — implementing advanced technologies and innovative service models, improving efficiency and patient outcomes, and positioning teams for sustainable success. Her work sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, technology integration, and people development; she is known for meeting teams where they are and equipping them with the tools, clarity, and confidence to move forward.
Prince Raj
Director, Business Development
Prince is an enterprise healthcare operations executive with more than 15 years of experience building, scaling, and stabilizing complex, regulated healthcare services across multi-state environments. He has operated at the intersection of clinical care delivery, medical economics, informatics, and compliance — including environments supporting two million patient encounters annually — and is a trusted partner to boards, executives, and physician leadership in translating strategy into predictable, disciplined execution at scale.
How We Work
Principles, not pitches.
What we will not do
Equally important to what we are is what we are not. We are not a marketing agency — we do not run paid media or manage ad spend. We are not a referral broker — we do not place patients, refer cases, or operate any arrangement that exchanges remuneration for volume of business. We are not an audit firm, a law firm, or a staffing firm.
When a prospective engagement falls outside our practice areas — or outside what we believe is appropriate to offer — we say so early, and we suggest who can help instead.
Where we operate
U.S. domestic, with multi-state engagements supported. GCX Health Inc. is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
“Performance you can defend.”
